Boulevards Director Seat Open

The ERNC is looking for candidates for an open board seat. Here’s the description:

“Boulevards Director: Has a special focus on improving the beauty, safety, utility, and prosperity of Eagle Rock’s main thoroughfares: Colorado, Eagle Rock, and York Boulevards (as well as Yosemite and Figueroa). Seeks partnerships with local and governmental organizations dedicated to the same goals.”

This person will be the liaison to TERA and/or Take Back the Boulevard, so they will have to attend meetings of either/both of those groups, and communicate back and forth with them. This is a new seat on the ERNC, and it’s a good opportunity for someone who wants to get specific bike/ped/greening improvements done.

All board members are expected to attend all ERNC monthly meetings, and committee meetings as necessary. The ERNC works best when applicants have the time to commit to making Eagle Rock a better place, in addition to the inclination.
