Welcome to the Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council website. The ERNC is an elected, all-volunteer organization that advises the City of Los Angeles on issues important to the Eagle Rock community, based on Stakeholder input. We advocate for Eagle Rock every day, and we follow through to see that the community’s suggestions are acknowledged, and its needs acted upon.
The City of Los Angeles’ Neighborhood Council system is unique in that NCs are given working budgets, and the freedom to reflect the community they represent, both in the style and substance of what they do. While there are rules and regulations all NCs must follow, the ERNC serves Eagle Rock first. We are here to listen to you, to attract City funds and projects to our streets, and to make sure all Stakeholders — homeowners, renters, business owners, and employees — have an equal stake in what we do, what we say, and what we get.
Policy in the City of L.A. is often guided by who shouts the loudest, and who wields the most political clout. But Eagle Rock doesn’t work that way. We’re all in this together, and in our “small town in the big city,” we work things out by talking, often at ERNC meetings. Our goal is to make Eagle Rock an even better place to live, work, and play — for all of us.
We have an excellent, hard-working group of citizens on the ERNC and its committees, and we are always looking for more. Please contact us at
firstname.lastname@example.org, or get in touch with any board member, if you are interested in participating. You can always reach me directly by emailing
email@example.com, or calling me at 323.254.3528.
Please come out to one of our meetings and get involved. With a few exceptions, the meetings are on the first Tuesday of the month (please check the calendar section of this website) at 7pm at Eagle Rock City Hall, 2035 Colorado Boulevard.
